“When you start writing your goals down, you start believing they’re possible—and that’s where everything begins.” – Peter Tolias

Giving back to the community is more than a value—it’s a responsibility. Through the ICAN WE CAN initiative, Peter Tolias continues to empower youth across the Peel Region by helping them build confidence, set meaningful goals, and believe in their potential. Each opportunity to connect with young people is a chance to inspire a mindset shift toward growth, purpose, and possibility.

Peter was invited by Peel Regional Police to speak at the Malton Youth Hub, where he addressed more than 100 youth from across the Peel Region. The session focused on the importance of positive thinking, goal setting, and taking ownership of one’s future.

During his talk, Peter shared personal experiences and practical strategies to help students understand how setting clear goals can guide their decisions and open doors to future opportunities. He engaged directly with the audience, encouraging them to think beyond their current circumstances and begin building a vision for their lives.

Each student left the session with a stronger understanding that success starts with belief—and that writing down goals is the first step toward making them real.

The ICAN WE CAN program is designed to go beyond motivation by giving young people practical tools they can use in their everyday lives. By learning how to set goals and develop a positive mindset, students begin to shift how they see themselves and their future.

These small but powerful changes can lead to greater confidence, stronger decision-making, and a clearer path toward personal and professional success.

Through initiatives like ICAN WE CAN, Peter Tolias remains committed to supporting the next generation and creating meaningful impact within the community.

Follow the journey, get involved, and help inspire more young people to believe in themselves and their future.
